Corporate

Imperialis goes beyond providing individual services to our Corporate members – we may also perform personal assistant services for your company. Imperialis employs experienced professionals, who have been trained to handle many of your corporate needs that are typically performed by a full-time administrative or executive assistant. Services may include, but are not limited to, reminder services, airport meet & greet service, relocation arrangements, dining & transportation accommodations, expense reports, and other administrative assignments.
Diamond 60
Diamond members receive an annual total of 60 hours, which may be applied to any of our personal assistant services, without the burden of paying a full-time employee to ensure that all personal affairs are in order. This package is tailor-made for members with hectic professional and personal lives, who seek the peace of mind and assurance that critical matters are being handled with the highest of quality. Imperialis representatives are available to clients 24 hours a day.
Emerald 36
Upon annual enrollment, our Emerald members receive a total of 36 free hours. Emerald members are provided the benefits of a part-time personal assistant to handle a variety of needs, so that the member’s time is free to enjoy activities and events that time would not normally permit.
Sapphire 24
Sapphire members receive a total of 24 free hours upon annual enrollment that can be used throughout the year. Unlike our Ruby members, Sapphires generally have more than one need or have specific needs on a monthly basis. Sapphires have the flexibility to utilize Imperialis services as needed. Any unused hours can be used for any number of our services.
Ruby 12
Our Ruby members receive 12 free service hours upon enrollment that can be used throughout the year. This is the ideal membership package for clients that require limited services, or have sporadic service needs. Individuals in need of an isolated service, such as our travel planning services, or a one-time event are well-suited for a Ruby membership. Any unused hours can be used for any service, such as our reminder service, or dining reservations.
