• What can the free hours Imperialis offers be used for? Do the free hours include the actual service provided for services that are provided by Imperialis vendors?

  • Imperialis’s free hours can only be used for services provided by Imperialis and not the service(s) of our vendors.

• When are membership fees due?

  • Membership fees are due upon application and thereafter will be billed annually.

• What is the benefit of membership as opposed to paying for individual services?

  • Members of Imperialis save anywhere from $300 to $1500 per year for our services. Members receive free hours upon enrollment and a discounted hourly rate for services rendered beyond the hours included in the membership package. Members also have the benefit of having access to a dedicated Imperialis representative who understands client needs and how to serve them better.

• What will Imperialis do with unused hours at the end of the yearly membership?

  • If membership is renewed, the hours will rollover into the new contract year. If the member discontinues service at the end of the contract term, the unused hours will expire at the end of the contract.

• Will Imperialis offer refunds?

  • Membership fees shall be fully refundable within the initial seven (7) days of membership unless services have been provided. Prior to the end of the contract term, membership may be cancelled at members request and a $250 cancellation fee will apply with a full refund of the remaining balance due prorated from cancellation date to end of membership term.

    Work already completed by Imperialis is non-refundable. Services provided by our vendors are subject to the terms and conditions of the vendor. Imperialis will work with our vendors to resolve any issues.

• Will members have to pay Imperialis vendors directly? How will this be accomplished?

  • Members will only provide payment to Imperialis through PayPal or a major credit card. Imperialis will contact vendors directly to arrange payment for services provided.

• Will Imperialis offer a discount for members renewing their annual membership?

  • Renewing members are entitled to a discounted membership renewal rate.

• What if I want to cancel my Imperialis membership?

  • A $250 cancellation fee will apply for membership cancellation before the end of the contract term. Remaining unused contract hours will be prorated and refunded.

• Can members contact an Imperialis representative at anytime during the day?

  • Members can reach an Imperialis representative 24 hours a day.

• Will Imperialis offer incentives for member referrals?

  • For membership referrals, referring members will receive an additional 2 hours worth $250 added to his/her account.

• Can service be transferred?

  • Upon enrollment, members can indicate one authorized person/representative to request services on their behalf. Services are non-transferrable.
